Key Conditions:

• Educational qualifications, pay scales, and service conditions will be as per the norms set by the Appex body, Govt. of Maharashtra, and Shivaji University, Kolhapur. 
• The Principal's appointment is for five years from the appointment date or until the age of superannuation, whichever is earlier. 
• Applicants must have a certificate from Shivaji University Kolhapur confirming a minimum of 110 Research Score, as per Appendix II, Table – 2 of the Government letter dated March 8, 2019.   
• The Principal post is open category, following the Hon’ble High Court, Aurangabad bench and Hon’ble Supreme Court decisions, and Regional Joint Director, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur's letter. 
• Reservation will be as per the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Reservation In Teacher`s Cadre) Act, 2021 and Government Resolution from the Higher and Technical Education Department of Maharashtra, dated April 11, 2022.
• The recruitment process is subject to the decision of the Hon. Bombay High-court, Aurangabad Bench on write petition No. 12051/2015. 
• The vacant post and all terms & conditions are as per the No Objection letter from the Hon. Deputy Secretary (Higher Education), Mantralaya, Mumbai. 
• In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel.
