Eligibility Qualifications

 Professor : An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality.  

 Associate Professor : A good academic record with a Ph.D. degree in the concerned / allied / relevant disciplines.  

 Assistant Professor in Management Science : Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ PGDM/ C.A./ ICWA/M. Com. with First Class or equivalent and two years of professional experience after acquiring the degree of Master’s degree with NET/ SET/ Ph.D.

Note:

1. The fulfillment of these conditions is to be certified by the Registrar or the Dean (Academic affairs) of the University concerned.

2. NET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SET is not conducted. However, Ph.D. degree shall remain the minimum eligibility for appointment of Assistant Professor in such disciplines.

1.     Reservation Policy is as per Higher and Technical Education Department’s Govt. Resolution No. Sankirn- 2019/Pra.Kra.94/19/Vishi-1, dated 11th April, 2022 and General Administration Department’s Govt. Resolution No. BCC 2024/Pra.Kra.75/16-ka, dated 27th February 2024.  

2.     EWS Reservation is as per General Administration Department’s Govt. Resolution No. RAADHO-4019/Pra.kra.31/16-A, dated 12nd February, 2019.  

3.     Approval for Roster of Teaching Cadre is as per Higher and Technical Education Department’s Letter No. Sankirna- 2301/Pra.Kra.06/Vishi-1, dated 16th October, 2024.  

4.     Women’s Reservation will be applicable as per Government Resolution dated 25th May, 2001. Non-creamy Layer certificate is not essential as per Government Resolution dated 4th May, 2023.  

5.     Reservation Policy for disabled person is as per General Administration Govt. Resolution No. Divyang-2018/Pra.Kra.114/16- A, dated: 29th May, 2019.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Applications not filled in correctly, incomplete or not as per the instructions are liable to be rejected and the responsibility of such rejection will be on the candidate himself/herself.

1. The advertisement No. BAMU/P/2023/1 to 3, advt. No. BAMU/AP/2023/1 to 17 & advt. No. BAMU/L/2023/1 to 26, dated 21.08.2023 has been cancelled. Hence those who have already Apply should apply again.

 

2. Applicant is required to submit application online and two hard copies along with all the relevant documents within the stipulated time and date.

 

3. Self-attested copies of the certificates must be attached in support of information given in the form where necessary. Any information contained in the attached certificates shall not be considered unless it is claimed in the application form.

4. Separate application (along with application fee and all the relevant documents) should be filled for each post category applied for.

 

5. Candidate already in service should submit their application through Proper Channel. While an advance copy may be sent directly, No Objection Certificate (NOC) or duly forwarded application should be submitted before the last date of submission of application.

6. Relaxations in qualification shall apply as per Maharashtra Govt. / UGC norms.

 

7. Prescribed qualifications would be as per the Norms/Regulations of AICTE/UGC & apex council as the case may be and as amended from time to time and as approved by the Government of Maharashtra.
