Open Positions:

• 📌Assistant Professor - Agril. Botany:
• Number of Post: 01  
• Pay: ₹45,000 per month (fixed pay)  
• Essential Qualifications:
• Ph.D. or Master's Degree in the relevant field/subject along with NET/SET prescribed by the UGC/ICAR.  
• NET/SET is not required for Master's programs in disciplines where these tests are not conducted.  
• 📌Assistant Librarian:
• Number of Posts: 01  
• Pay: ₹25,000 per month (fixed pay)  
• Note: Master's degree holders without NET/SET can apply, but the remuneration will be ₹25,000 per month on a contractual basis, as per university guidelines.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct theory and practical classes for relevant courses.  
• Carry out academic programs as directed by the university.  
• Act as a counselor to students.  
• Participate in examination, admission, cultural, and sports activities.  
• Perform other college duties as assigned by the Associate Dean.  
• For the Librarian position: Perform day-to-day library work and office activities.  

Terms and Conditions:

1.       These are temporary, contractual positions for 11 months. The appointment may end sooner if the post is filled by a regular employee.  

2.       Candidates must submit an undertaking on ₹500 bond paper, agreeing to the terms and conditions.  

3.       The appointment will automatically terminate upon the joining of a regular employee.  

4.       Any act of indiscipline will lead to termination without notice.  

5.       Selected candidates must work full-time.  

6.       They cannot accept other employment during the contract.  

7.       Resignation requires one month's prior notice or payment of one month's fixed pay.  

8.       The contract ends after the tenure period. If a candidate doesn't continue for the next semester, they must complete their work at their own cost and will not be paid.  

9.       This is a tenure-based appointment and may be terminated at any time without reason. Candidates cannot claim permanency based on this contract.

2.       The application deadline is 09.05.2025.

3.       Applications can be submitted with all required documents and a payment deposit receipt of ₹500 or by hand during office hours.  

4.       A processing fee of ₹500 must be paid online to the account of "Comptroller. MPKV, Rahuri" (Account No. 3335577362, Central Bank of India, Nandurbar, IFSC CODE - CBIN0282185). Attach the payment receipt to the application.

5.       Eligible candidates will be interviewed by a selection committee approved by the University.

6.       Candidates must attend the interview at their own cost.  

7.       Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview, or the candidature will be rejected.
